Preventive Services Operations

Launch provider HETS review in Health Core, manage attributable Compliance follow-through in CrewOS, or import CRISP completion evidence through the existing protected intake.

Ownership boundary. Health Core owns clinical review, provider attestation, and saved HETS evidence. CrewOS owns eligibility launch and operational follow-through. CRISP files are parsed inside the authenticated BHW connection and are not retained.

CMS HETS provider review is in Health Core

CrewOS no longer presents or saves a provider clinical disposition. Open the Google-protected Health Core review for the reserved `BHW0000` synthetic acceptance fixture.

Compliance operational review

This is a separate, attributable control after provider review. It records what staff verified; it does not schedule, send an order, notify a patient, publish to Care Connect, or create a claim.
